Cram Session

It’s exam time and everyone’s stressed out. Although a lot of us attempt studying early, we end up cramming the day before a major exam. If you’re planning to cram, take breaks in between cram sessions because the art of cramming takes its toll.

Check out these cram session break ideas:

  • Read. Anything besides your notes because your brain will stay in cram mode
  • Stretch. A good up – dog, down – dog will relieve cram session stress.
  • Walk. A brisk walk gives your brain time to reflect.
  • Brain teasers. Play crosswords, word puzzles or Sudoku.
